About The Opportunity

Under the direction of a Lead or Senior Analyst, the primary role of the IT Infrastructure Analyst is to design, install, and provide support for the corporate wide internal systems with a significant focus on Firewall Administration. You will provide high level technical and administrative support for Firewalls, complemented by support for Web Servers, Load Balancers, Remote Management and Security Platforms.

Skills Required:

Two to five years of direct experience configuring, supporting, and maintaining network client/server systems, with a major focus on Firewall Administration. May provide additional support to one or more of the following areas:

• Microsoft Windows Server / Microsoft Active Directory
• Port Scanning Local and Wide Area Networks
• Remote Access Management
• Web Server Administration
• Network Management Systems
• Network and Endpoint Security

Primary Responsibilities:

• Firewall Administration: This is a core responsibility. The candidate will be expected to manage and maintain firewall systems to ensure the security of the organization's network.
• Web Services Configuration
• Support all facets of email, endpoint, and remote access security platforms
• Support Menasha IT processes and procedures

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors and manage vendor relationships
• Develop departmental and end user documentation
• Provide high level trouble shooting, diagnosis and repair support to PC Tech Group and operating company IT staff.  Provide deep support to help desk operations

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years IT experience

Education Or Certifications Desired:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or business administration with a computer science concentration, preferably with a minimum (2-5) two - five years related experience. Will accept associate degree with equivalent experience
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
• Security+ Certification
