Chief Accountant - Team Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance specialists, ensuring service delivery excellence, driving process improvements across our shared service operations. You have also chief accountant role for aftermarket entities served by the shared service center. You will work closely with local finance teams, acting as a trusted partner for both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Chief Accountant - Team Leader You will:

• Lead and develop team of accountants supporting multiple European sites.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations (AP/ AR/GL).
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution of financial transactions.
• Be a Chief Accountant for Aftermarket Entities.
• Lead monthly closure activities.
• Ensure compliance with Group Financial Policies and Procedures as well as internal controls (SOX).
• Drive continuous improvement of finance operations.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy. 
• As an ideal candidate You'll have:
• 5+ years experience as a team lead, preferably in a shared service center or multinational environment.
• Previous experience as chief accountant.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Compliance mindset: Knowledge of internal controls (SOX).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Estonian and English
