Business Project Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Position Overview

 The Business Project Senior Analyst manages and coordinates the execution of HR transformation delivery efforts, focusing on building standardized delivery frameworks and maintaining project documentation to ensure consistency across initiatives. Acts as a strategic partner by providing thoughtful advice and feedback to the project management COE, ensuring a healthy dialogue and alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Experience & Education:

• 5–8 years of HR Transformation and project management experience, leadership experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or related field.
• Awareness of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Lead coordination of strategic HR transformation delivery efforts.
• Develop project management artifacts & communications to support project efforts.
• Provide guidance on HR Transformation leading practices.
• Ensure delivery compliance with governance standards.

Desired Experience:

•       Master’s degree or advanced training in project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, compelling executive-level reports and presentations that effectively visualize project progress and insights through advanced storytelling techniques.
• Lead the coordination of project execution, ensuring alignment with HR transformation goals and organizational strategy.
• Ensure adherence to project management governance models, maintaining high compliance with enterprise standards.
• Create and manage standardized templates and artifacts to ensure consistency and facilitate efficient project execution.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on HR Transformation leading practices.
• Create and assist with maintaining project documentation including charters, risk assessments, and detailed schedules.
• Assist in developing communication strategies and communication assets to support the project.
• Champion AI usage and technology trends, enhancing competencies through advanced project management practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships HR project management COE, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across functions.
• Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets. 

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across different teams and time zones to ensure alignment.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Strong ability to coordinate project activities, such as setting/tracking milestones & status reviews.
• Develop executive level presentations and materials.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate data analysis for projects, generating insights for stakeholders.
