Officer / Senior Officer, Policy Services

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational tasks of policy administration which are assigned by supervisor / manager.
• Execute and proactively assist the administration support on policy renewal documents preparation and/or delivery to ensure received data & instructions are processed on time and meet the committed SLAs.
• Ensure accuracy in issuance of relative policy documents and other supplementary materials dispatching to expected correspondence.
• Act as a first point of contact for routine inquiries and assist supervisor / manager to resolve operation issues.
• Provide professional advice, guidance to junior and/or new join team members when necessary.
• Support system enhancements to continuously improve policy service quality and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct process control / audit internally and with service providers to ensure adherence to standards set by Cigna.
• Handle ad hoc duties which assigned and participate relevant meetings or training sessions.

Experience / Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably with over 3 years of working experience in policy administration or Employee Medical Insurance.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered at Officer level.
• Good team player, able to work independently and under pressure.

• Possess Customer-Centric Mindset.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal in both English and Chinese).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in the knowledge of Excel.
• Responsible, positive, willing to learn, self-motivated, attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Experience in advanced technical & mentoring knowledge with practical problem resolving skills will be considered for the role of Senior Officer.
