Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior leaders within the technology department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities at once, and the using discretion with confidential information.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for two members of our Technology Senior Leadership team (CISO & Strategic Partnerships and Agile leaders) and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Schedule meetings (including across time zones) and organize travel arrangements
- Serve as point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders. Manage incoming communications promptly and professionally, with confidentiality
- Process expenses and handle purchasing requests in accordance with company policy
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, off-sites, and team-building events, both virtual and in-person
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiency within the technology team
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact sometimes outside normal business hours
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment
- Represent the company and the Executives in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years of administrative experience, supporting senior leaders or technology teams preferred
- Demonstrated expertise with office productivity software, virtual meeting platforms, and technology collaboration tools (MS Office, Teams, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of prioritizing competing demands
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity handling sensitive information
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in a technology company/department is a plus

Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
