Pay: $17.30 hour

Job Description:

• This position responsibilities include Cone Stabbing, Shoulder Cutting, and Wing Rounding. These jobs will be evaluated for performance.
• Team Members must be able to stab, shoulder cut, and wing round at line speeds set by production, not to exceed 40 birds per minute.
• Team Members must be committed to working safely and ensuring that others in our facility do the same.
• Must be able to train in safety hazard recognition as well as performing daily department safety inspections. Team members will be responsible for all assigned personal protective equipment issued to them.
• Job Performance is based on cone stabbing efficiency, yield performance, debone cuts, wing cuts, & bone quality.
• Physical Requirements include lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping, walking/standing, overhead activities, stooping, kneeling, bending, use of right/left hands/arms, and gripping with wrist motion. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. or more with assistance.
• Internal candidates will be considered first. If there are no qualified internal candidates selected, we will look at external applicants.
