About This Opportunity

 The role involves assistance at various steps of the Pre and Post Award Contract Management process. As well, some analysis and process development can be expected.

What You’Ll Do

• Assist in SCM pre-award process, which includes: Request for Proposal development, bidder clarification and commercial analysis.
•  Assist in SCM post-award process, which includes: drafting, securing approval of and issuing various contractual documents such as Change Orders (COs), amendments, Site Instructions (SIs) and letters;
• Assist in drafting procedures and guidelines on SCM processes;
• Assist in preparing monthly SCM reports;
• Maintain and improve Change Logs;
• Attend meetings with Contractors;
• Support the SCM enrollment and vendor setup process;
• Support audit process; and
• Support the analysis of Change Proposals (CPs).
• Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications: 

Who You Are

• Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa) 
• Innovative, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to encourage new ways of looking at problems, processes or solutions
• Available to begin work in January 2026
• Strong technical skills (MS Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Critical thinker in a fast-paced, hard-working, team environment

Education

• Must be enrolled in a Business Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
• Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered 
• New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
