Location: Hybrid – Candidates should be based near a DXC office. Those within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced iSeries/RPG professional to provide day-to-day support for Infor XA integration and installation projects. The role involves building new application instances, integrating with other systems, and providing support to the user community. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, collaboration with third-party vendors, and flexibility to support after-hours and weekend activities when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for XA integration and installation projects on both the iSeries and through the Citrix platform (Powerlink and Link Manager).
  • Analyze and resolve complex business issues related to XA application processing.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to identify and resolve system/application issues.
  • Install and maintain PTFs, PCMs, and perform full application upgrades.
  • Design, prepare, and execute unit and system tests to validate solutions.
  • Document all application and data changes per SICS audit requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for P1/P2 incident support and planned activities (including weekends, month-end, and year-end).
  • Act as a strong team player, able to perform under pressure and provide support outside of standard office hours as required.

Required Technical Skills

  • AS400/iSeries application support – hands-on experience required.
  • Programming Languages: ILE and RPG/400 (non-negotiable), CL.
  • iSeries Utilities: Data File Utility, SQL Interactive, Application Development Toolkit (PDM), Query Manager, SQL, Advanced Job Scheduler, FTP, Job Scheduler, Spool Handler.
  • Additional Tools: Hawkeye, Implementer (plus).

Strongly Preferred Skills

  • Infor XA ERP application experience, including:
  • Modules: CAS, EPDM/PDM, IM, MRP, PUR, PMC, PCC.
  • Powerlink, Link Manager, System Link, NetLink.
  • PCM upgrades and PTF installations.
