We are seeking a talented individual to join our M&A business in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working n the office at least three days in a week.

• マーシュのM&A部門では、クライアントのM&A取引を成功に導く保険ソリューションやアドバイスを提供しています。この度東京オフィスにて法人営業を募集しています。
• 表明保証保険などのM&A関連の保険契約手配、新規顧客開拓、および保険関連サービスを主業務とする部署です。
• 主なクライアントは投資銀行、弁護士事務所、PEファンド、大手事業法人など高プロファイルの取引に関与する機会があり、著名なPEファーム、投資銀行、大手グローバル企業と協働します。
• M&Aに関する専門知識を深めることができ、金融および保険の重要な分野での専門性を高めることができます。この経験は、キャリアの軌道を大きく向上させることができます。
• 損害保険会社での法人営業職または金融・コンサル・事業会社にてM&A関連業務のご経験があり、ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方を求めています

We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：

• 新規顧客開拓ならびに表明保証保険などのM&A関連保険契約、及び、保険関連サービス拡販のための営業活動
• 表明保証保険などのM&A関連保険契約の手配
• 買収後の保険プログラムの提案・手配
• 保険デューデリジェンスレポートの作成
• また、これら実現のための社内・MMCグループ企業や保険会社を含む社外関係者との折衝・調整

What you need to have / 必要な経験・スキル：

• 損害保険会社の法人営業職を経験（企業系営業部であれば尚可）
• または、金融機関・コンサル・事業会社内でのM&A関連業務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力必須（チーム内での公用語は英語）
• PCスキル：Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPointのスキル
