Join Us And Lead The Future Of Our It Infrastructure
We’re looking for a seasoned IT Enterprise Architect to take the helm of our enterprise infrastructure strategy. This is a high impact, onsite leadership role where you’ll guide our technology direction, mentor talented System Administrators, and work hand in hand with our Enterprise Solutions Architect to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and ready for the future.
You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution — setting the roadmap, making key architectural decisions, and stepping in hands on when the situation calls for it. Our environment blends Kubernetes clusters, Linux-based systems, Docker containers, and a NetApp storage server with a growing cloud presence, giving you the opportunity to work across cutting edge hybrid architectures.
What You’Ll Do
- Lead the design and evolution of our enterprise architecture, balancing on-premises and cloud strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Solutions Architect to align infrastructure and application roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide System Administrators, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Establish governance, security, and performance standards across the IT landscape.
- Drive major infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
What We’Re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture and infrastructure leadership.
- Deep knowledge of hybrid IT environments, including Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, and enterprise storage systems (NetApp preferred).
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cloud: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
- Infrastructure: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA).
Collaboration & Impact
In this role, you’ll be a key influencer in shaping our technological future. Working side by side with the Enterprise Solutions Architect, you’ll ensure infrastructure decisions drive operational efficiency, security, and innovation — enabling our teams to deliver high value solutions faster and with greater resilience.
