The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

- To conduct document verification on credit applications in accordance with the Bank’s credit policies and guidelines as well as in compliance with the requirements of the local regulatory.
- To verify data input accuracy for credit applications and make necessary amendment.
- To prepare checklist and reports which are essential to credit applications for lending officers’ assessment.
- To contact external customers for application confirmation and missing document and information follow up
- To coordinate and arrange administrative tasks and to ensure the deliverability
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary education or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferable in banking / financial industry.
- Knowledge in general banking products especially in unsecured lending business is preferred.
- Knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and relevant regulations will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
