Summary Of The Role

You’ll contribute to the implementation and support of cloud platform components and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and recoverability. This role involves collaboration across teams to maintain high service availability and drive continuous improvement.

In This Role You’Ll

• Support the implementation of new cloud platform components using agile practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Build and maintain systems to meet service availability goals, including monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using available data, documenting findings and recommending mid-term solutions.
• Collaborate on systems design and performance metrics with cross-functional teams, contributing to shared design practices.
• Provide operational monitoring, reporting, and guidance to Level 2 (L2) support teams.

About The Ideal Candidate

• 6–9 years of experience in technical delivery across data center and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Windows Server, virtualization platforms such as VMware, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with deployment tools such as Chef, Ansible, or PowerShell, and version control systems like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Willingness to learn in unfamiliar areas and contribute to evolving technical practices.
