SENIOR SPECIALIST – INFORMATION SECURITY

Summary Of The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring cloud security and compliance across Amadeus environments. This position supports risk mitigation and continuous improvement of our security standards and certifications.

In This Role You’Ll

• Ensure security measures are implemented and compliance standards are met across public cloud environments.
• Assess and recommend organizational, procedural, and technical security measures to protect Amadeus services, data, and brand.
• Monitor and follow up on risk mitigation activities and maintain the Risk Register (centralized log of identified risks).
• Review Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) performance and support corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to Amadeus security standards and certifications.

About The Ideal Candidate

• Experience with cloud security architecture and controls.
• Background in IT systems and technologies, including cloud computing and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with internet protocols, operating systems, cryptographic methods, and containerized environments such as Docker.
• Knowledge of security and auditing standards (e.g., ISO27000, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI/DSS), Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements 18 (SSAE18), Network and Information Security Directive 2 (NIS2)).
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
