Summary Of The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis consultant to support and enhance our enterprise systems. This role involves managing SAP environments, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, including kernel and HANA revision upgrades.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues, coordinate ticket assignments, and resolve Priority 3 and Priority 4 (P3/P4) incidents.
• Optimize system performance through tuning and configuration, and manage SAP application lifecycle (start/stop operations).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SAP environments.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience working as an SAP Basis consultant (typically 8+ years).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, including transport management, client copy, system refresh, and parameter changes.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with SAP RISE or Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) format.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
