本職位專注於工業級乙太網路交換器及相關產品的硬體設計與開發。

您將參與從前期規格定義、設計實作、原型測試到產品量產的完整流程，並確保產品能滿足嚴苛的工規需求（可靠度、環境適應性與電磁相容性）。此角色需要結合理論基礎與實務經驗，並透過跨部門合作推動產品成功上市。

This position focuses on the hardware design and development of industrial Ethernet switches and related products.
You will be involved in the full product lifecycle—from specification definition, circuit design, prototype validation, to mass production readiness. The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with industrial-grade requirements, including reliability, environmental robustness, and EMC standards. Success requires both solid engineering expertise and effective collaboration across functions.

主要職責 / Key Responsibilities

• 規劃與設計電路圖，包含架構評估、元件選型及電性分析Plan and design schematics, including architecture evaluation, component selection, and electrical analysis
• 定義與審核PCB設計，涵蓋層疊結構、佈局規劃及訊號完整性考量Define and review PCB design, covering stack-up structure, layout planning, and signal integrity requirements
• 執行系統功能測試、環境與壽命可靠度驗證Conduct system-level testing, environmental and reliability validation
• 建立並解決原型階段的設計問題，追蹤並持續優化設計品質Troubleshoot and resolve design issues in the prototype stage, with continuous quality improvement
• 熟悉電磁相容/抗擾度測試，具備問題分析與除錯能力Perform EMI/EMS compliance testing and debugging
• 與PM、軟體、機構、驗證、熱設計等團隊合作，確保產品整合順利Collaborate with PM, software, mechanical, validation, and thermal teams for smooth product integration
• 支援量產導入及後續維護改善Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and post-launch product improvement
