[What you will be working on]

• Be part of the team to shape stamp duty policies, working closely with various stakeholders, to improve the taxpaying experience, and ensure a stable and sustainable property market
• Drive and lead engagement sessions to understand taxpayers’ needs, can develop taxpayer-centric solutions
• Develop upstream solutions to deter non-compliance, and build compliance presence
• Handle the end-to-end administration of Stamp Duty including the assessment of stamp duty liability, reviewing objections and appeals, and explaining the stamp duty treatment to taxpayers
• Critically evaluate and assess documentations, conduct interviews to determine potential non-compliant cases
• Participate in and lead projects to improve business processes and systems
