About The Order Operations Specialist:
MarketStar is looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our team, representing our client Google Chrome. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting journey with one of the top three companies in the world.
Location: Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18
What Will You Do?
- Order Processing and Validation: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders for Chrome products and services, ensuring all necessary information is collected and validated, potentially utilizing internal systems like Salesforce and ERP systems like Workday.
- Order Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with sales, inventory, and other relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Customer Communication and Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, billing, and product delivery, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient resolution.
- System and Data Management: Maintain accurate records of order transactions, update customer information, and leverage internal systems and databases for efficient operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving order processing and fulfillment workflows, collaborating with other teams to implement enhancements and increase efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on order processing metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Compliance and Adherence: Ensure all order operations comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
- Fluent in English (speak, read and write).
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing order information and data.
- Proficiency in order management systems, CRM (such as Salesforce), ERP systems, and standard office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and actively listen.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to improvise as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €55,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
