Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Revenue Integrity Supervisor for our Revenue Integrity Department, who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Revenue Integrity Supervisor, you will:
• Leads an internal team of QAQC Specialists and coding auditors:
• Performs select aspects of personnel management, including time away, daily/monthly staff productivity, recognition, and rewards.
• Assist clinical departments with the deployment and continuous performance improvement efforts, for accurate and compliant charge capture and revenue reporting and analysis, and reduce revenue leakage.
• Uses critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve compliant and world-class revenue integrity practices.
• Oversees and optimizes workflow processes within the Cerner and eCW systems, ensuring efficient and effective use of the platform by configuring and regulating workflows to meet operational needs and improve overall performance.
• Ability to guard confidential information.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Works with analytical and data warehouse teams to design and run reporting, charge capture, and reconciliation tools to assess and track trends and variances, and proposes solutions to address and resolve.
• Provide support to leadership to collaborate with AHC entities, clinical areas, all aspects of revenue cycle, reimbursement, and other stakeholders in understanding the impact of revenue integrity and analytics to revenue charge capture, data integrity, documentation, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with implementation & development teams to enhance process improvement practices.
• Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively.

Qualifications include:
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business intelligence, accounting, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• 5 or more years of work experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in Acute Care and Physician Services preferred
• Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience preferred.
• Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work as a leader and as an independent contributor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; fluency in Cerner and eCW.

Pay Range:

$77,313.60 - $115,980.80

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Exempt)
