Overview Of The Role:

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join the Betfair International team in Brazil.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of our commercial strategy across Sportsbook, Exchange and Gaming. You will manage day-to-day tasks, ensure flawless campaign execution, and contribute with insights that drive growth, retention, and engagement of our customer base.

This is a hands-on role, where strong organizational skills, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Our new Sao Paulo workspace is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It is located in the Paulista neighbourhood with great transport links across the city and exciting working environment.

What You’Ll Do:

Campaign & Commercial Management

• Plan and implement commercial campaigns in line with global and local strategy.
• Support the creation of reports and insights to monitor campaign performance.
• Contribute to promotional and commercial calendars, ensuring relevance for the Brazilian market.
• Conduct customer and player analysis to find opportunities for monetization and retention.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, accurate, and aligned with revenue objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a commercial liaison with Marketing, CRM, Trading, Product, and Operations to ensure execution excellence.
• Provide inputs to product development and localization efforts.
• Share market insights and updates with the wider team, supporting Brazil-focused initiatives.

Data & Insights

• Support competitor analysis to ensure our proposition remains competitive.
• Monitor return on investment of campaigns and report performance to senior collaborators.
• Collaborate with Data Science on segmentation and customer value models.

What You’Ll Bring:

• Experience in the iGaming industry preferred.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.

• Fluent In English.

• Analytical approach and ability to work with data-driven insights.
• Organized, diligent, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Great teammate with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A fast learner with resilience and customer-obsession.
