The Role

The Principal Finance Operation Specialist will facilitate accurate and timely processing and analysis of worldwide payment processing via wire transfer or ACH, assist with supplier creation, and invoice and expense processing when needed. The Principal Finance Operation Specialist will interact with all levels regarding problem and dispute resolution.

Your Impact

  • Payment processing: scheduling and processing payments to vendors within the agreed-upon payment terms, including issuing wire transfers and ACH payments
  • Knowledge of banking requirements for banking
  • Generate intercompany invoicing when needed
  • Assist with the financial month-end close processes such as cash application to outside payments
  • Provide support, as required, for internal and external audits.
  • Review, process, audit and perform the final approval of employee expense reports to ensure compliance with the Company policies.
  • Communicate effectively to employees regarding expense report status and issues.
  • Enter supplier invoices timely and accurately.
  • Provide assistance for supplier and employee inquiry on invoice status.
  • Work on special projects and provide other analyses as directed.

What You'Ll Need

  • Accounts Payable experience required
  • Experience with Oracle preferred
  • Understanding banking transactions and bank portals
  • Ability to manage high volumes of transactions and meet deadlines sometimes under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skillsets to effectively address and/or identify policy exceptions
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interactions with employees of all levels
  • Maintain strong working relationships
  • Must be able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility and a team player with can do attitude
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
