Location: York, PAShift: 3rd Shift | Full-Time
Pay: $22.96 - $26.44 + ($1.50 Shift Premium)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- • Identifies proper parts to complete assemblies by reading specification sheet.
- • Assembles parts to specification.
- • Builds frame; installs fins, tubes, hardware, and other purchased parts into coil body per specification
- • Correctly labels coils with build day and Mfg #.
- • Moves and repositions coils to the expansion area using cranes.
- • Completes appropriate paperwork to include quality sticker and daily hours.
- • Inspect coils for split collars, dented hairpins and damaged fins.
- • Reworks or disassembles coils that have been damaged or built incorrectly.
- • Utilizes basic hand tools such as pliers, wrenches and hand drills.
- • Trains new or existing employees, if necessary.
- • Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- • Wears all required PPE.
- • Performs other routine duties.
- • Responsible for reporting work related injuries and near misses to supervision.
- • Responsible for wearing all required PPE and following applicable safety/environmental rules.
- • Responsible for correcting or reporting unsafe conditions observed within the plant.
Math Ability
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred
- Read and write English
- Knowledge of company safety policies
- Able to read Tape measure
- Prior Machine Operating experience REQUIRED
