Due to an internal move, we now have an opportunity for a Fleet & Procurement Manager to join us.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

You’ll have big shoes to fill in this impactful role that will see you lead the end-to-end management of a fleet of 200+ vehicles, overseeing procurement, fit-outs, branding, maintenance, compliance, and disposal. It combines strategic planning with hands-on operations, ensuring vehicles and equipment meet safety and regulatory standards while driving sustainability and cost efficiency. The Fleet & Procurement Manager also manages budgets, supplier relationships, and reporting, and plays a key role in transitioning to low-emission transport solutions and implementing innovative fleet technologies.

About You | Mōu

You’ll bring proven expertise in fleet operations, with strong skills in vehicle specifications, fit-outs, tooling, and fleet management systems. Your financial know-how will support effective CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, while your commitment to safety and sustainability ensures compliance and drives innovation—especially in low-emission fleet strategy. With excellent communication skills and a tertiary qualification in Fleet Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Business (ideally) you’ll be ready to lead with confidence. Additional certifications in transport or project management would be a bonus.
