The Investor Relations Senior Analyst will play an important part in the execution of Flutter’s IR strategy by providing key support in financial analysis for the Group, tracking external market sentiment and expectations, and preparation for external reporting.

This is a varied and high-profile role interacting with the most senior leaders in the business and supporting the Investor Relations team communicate the investment thesis for the Group. The successful candidate will have strong financial and analytical expertise as well as excellent communication skills, to help the Investor Relations team provide existing and potential investors with an accurate portrayal of Flutter’s investment thesis. In addition to financial acumen, the candidate will have a proven track record of performing in a fast-paced environment and delivering on complex, evolving objectives.

What You’Ll Do

  • Support the Investor Relations team in executing a robust investor relations strategy, helping to maintain the external reputation of Flutter within the investment community
  • Assist with the delivery of Flutter Group results, including:
  • Collating financial and non-financial information for inclusion in the quarterly results and briefing materials
  • Detailed analysis and interpretation of trends, providing insight on appropriate actions
  • Liaising with finance, operations and commercial teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of disclosures
  • Provide input and support in the preparation of market communications, including quarterly results
  • Manage the collation and analysis of consensus estimates for the group and identify potential errors for future sell-side communications and management
  • Monitor external providers’ compiled consensus (e.g. Bloomberg) and investigate differences to correct any identified sell-side or compiler inconsistencies
  • Review analyst reports for errors and summarise key points for management
  • Maintain a tracker of analyst valuations of the business
  • Assist with the preparation for capital markets days and other investor events
  • Monitor movements in the Group’s share register
  • Support the delivery of key internal deliverables, including sell-side research summaries and Board reports
  • Liaise with other internal teams to support ongoing interactions and projects

How You’ll Do It

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years in a high-performing commercial environment. Experience in investor relations, equity research, or finance roles is essential.
  • Preference for candidates with accounting or finance exams.
  • High comfort level with numerical information and financial statements.
  • Familiarity with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors is advantageous.
  • Capability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines while upholding outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Curiosity and drive to adopt innovative technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and continuously improve our work.
  • Interest in and understanding of the gaming sector.
