We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Associate II, Technology Transfer Engineering supporting the MTO R&D Team In Houston, TX, a typical day will include:
- Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced project development.
- Design integration requirements for new technology, processes, and equipment into current infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies to establish efficient technology transfer implementation.
- Monitor and control new processes and equipment during start-up and integration, conducting runs to identify and solve problems and failures.
- Suggest changes in working methods or operation sequences to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document new operating procedures, training, and certification specifications.
- Make significant decisions within your project area and influence project outcomes using your growing expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.
- Meet individual job requirements and contribute to overall organizational compliance.

What You’Ll Bring To Alcon:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
