We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Associate II, Technology Transfer Engineering supporting the MTO R&D Team In Houston, TX, a typical day will include:

• Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced project development.
• Design integration requirements for new technology, processes, and equipment into current infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies to establish efficient technology transfer implementation.
• Monitor and control new processes and equipment during start-up and integration, conducting runs to identify and solve problems and failures.
• Suggest changes in working methods or operation sequences to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document new operating procedures, training, and certification specifications.
• Make significant decisions within your project area and influence project outcomes using your growing expertise and problem-solving abilities.
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to overall organizational compliance.
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
• Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.

What You’Ll Bring To Alcon:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
