A Day In The Life

Medtronic is seeking a Director of Capital Equipment & Sales Services Latam to lead market analysis, develop innovative solutions, and ensure a deep understanding of the legislation across various countries in the region. This role is critical for delivering value-added solutions that integrate after-sales services, warranties, and spare parts, maximizing customer satisfaction and market impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Market Analysis To Identify Priorities And Focus Areas For Capital Equipment.

• Develop Innovative Solutions Tailored To Market Needs, Beyond Medtronic'S Internal Directives.

• Ensure Compliance With Local Legislation, Considering Variations In Equipment Import And Export Regulations.

• Collaborate Closely With The After-Sales Team To Include Warranties And Spare Parts In Value Propositions.

• Lead And Coordinate Communication And Collaboration With Latam Subregions.

• Drive Disruptive Strategies For Capital Equipment Sales.
