Our teams understand that the purchase of a vehicle is just the beginning and we’re committed to being there for our customers throughout every step and milestone of vehicle ownership.  In this role, the Representative II will identify and remove obstacles to get the job done to support our customers, stores and fellow associates in back-office processes affiliated with vehicle purchases and ownership.  This role also requires auditing business processes to ensure accuracy.   

What You’Ll Do

•  Auditing account work associated with customer accounts that may include invoice processing, vehicle titling, bankruptcy, funding documents and/or letter generation.
• Annotate customer accounts accurately and efficiently within company systems; use said systems to perform research; manage complex and ambiguous customer situations that require cross-department collaboration for resolution.
• Work to resolve customer questions/concerns via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication; apply a sense of urgency and diligence when following up with other departments, external vendors, and third parties on issues as needed.
• Teach new associates an overview of the work, processes, and tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. 
• Perform all of the above timely and accurately, in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months related administrative experience
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task to meet multiple deadlines
• Auditing capabilities
• Ability to communicate with others via phone
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills
• Keyboard and/or data entry skills required
