Salon Inside Sales Associate

Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a sales-driven Inside Sales Associate to fuel growth across Frenchies Ventura, Frenchies Santa Barbara, and The Lash Lounge Ventura.

We are a multi-unit business with plans to add more locations and scale. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with a cutting-edge, growth-minded husband-and-wife ownership team who are redefining the salon experience in our community.

What You’ll Do

Sales Growth & Retention

• Keep schedules 85%+ booked year-round.
• Prospect and engage new guests via outbound calls, social media, and follow-ups.
• Reduce no-shows and maximize daily/weekly appointment books.
• Drive membership growth and improve retention rates.
• Earn performance incentives directly tied to salon growth.

Concierge Support

• Work alongside Concierge team members at Ventura.
• Cover front desk and guest service duties when needed.
• Support Santa Barbara remotely with calls, bookings, and member services.

Training & Team Support

• Train and mentor new Concierge staff.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the Frenchies guest service cycle.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.

Standard Work

Daily

• Answer phones, return voicemails, and follow up with leads.
• Check abandoned carts, TrueLark messages, and Zenoti leads.
• Optimize schedules by stacking appointments and adjusting breaks/lunches.
• Reach out to dormant and new guests to drive bookings.
• Manage memberships: sign up, cancel, freeze, unfreeze, and update records.
• Post daily openings on Instagram Stories and message leads.
• Call B2B contacts and follow up systematically.

Weekly

• Meet with the Studio Manager to review Inside Sales metrics.

Schedule

• Wednesday – Sunday (5 days/week)
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch + paid breaks)
• On-site at Frenchies Ventura, with remote support for Santa Barbara.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $18.00/hour (≈ $37,440 annually)
• Annual Sales Growth Bonus: 1.5% of year-over-year sales growth
• Monthly Membership Growth Incentive: $20 for every net new active member above the 250 baseline
• Uncapped — no limit on how much you can earn
• Example: $500,000 growth = $7,500 bonus (and more if growth is higher)
• Example: +30 new members in a month = $600 bonus (≈ $7,200/year if consistent)
• Uncapped — payouts continue to grow as membership grows

Estimated Total Target Earnings (Base + Incentives): ≈ $52,140/year in your first year.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Excellent communication and professional presence
• Comfortable with phones, scheduling systems, and social media outreach
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Flexible, team-oriented, and eager to support multiple locations
