The VES Commercial EMEA role will be accountable for meeting and exceeding business specific targets through the implementation of commercial standard work, providing training and implementation of Veralto Enterprise System (VES), and fostering a strong problem-solving mindset to improve VES capability at all levels of the EMEA Commercial organization.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Execute roadmap to Roll out and sustain VES fundamentals to the local commercial teams with a focus on Daily Management / Visual Management (DM/VM), Growth Rooms (GR), Standard Work (SW), Problem Solving (PSP), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), as well as coaching with Action Plans and Bowlers with key metrics to achieve targets.
  • Guide commercial teams with VES.
  • Manage and actively grow EMEA VES Kaizen funnel - (1) planning of Kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to Daily Management / Visual Management (DM/VM), (2) Kaizen execution and (3) sustainment of Kaizens.
  • Coach commercial stakeholders through the Kaizen process from identification, charter development, execution, and sustainment.
  • Lead and/or facilitate Kaizen events and hold stakeholders accountable for sustainment of improvement results from VES / Kaizen events.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
  • Years of Experience: 3+ years in Veralto Enterprise System (VES) processes or similar Lean Systems. Experience in Growth field a plus.
  • Commercial acumen, Sales / Marketing / Service / PM experience preferred.
  • Veralto Enterprise System (VES) Fundamentals / Kaizen funnel management experience preferred.
  • Experience in building VES culture
  • Certified practitioner in VES Fundamental tools and/or Growth tools preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Leading International Projects & Change management.
