We’re looking for a Program Manager-Contracted Project Services to join our growing team as we lead the renewable energy transition to ensure exceptional reliability for tomorrow. Our Program Manager - Contracted Project Services will oversee the program of transmission lines and substation projects that are performed by contracted team members. You’ll manage evolving scope, lead teams of contingent workers and internal resources, and drive program objectives.Essential Responsibilities:
You’ll use your bachelor’s degree and eight years’ experience managing transmission projects to manage the full program lifecycle to meet in-service dates, drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic objectives.
You’ll establish and manage effective communication channels with program team members, stakeholders and external partners, develop and leverage forecasting, scheduling and project tracking tools to manage performance and communicate milestones to the project teams. In addition, you’ll identify and manage program risks and serve as a point of escalation for program-related issues and implement corrective action solutions. You will manage the external contracts and lead contractor selection actions.
