Core Responsibilities

Daily operations control and monitor manufacturing work centers, update and track dates in SAP PP and Maestro, report on delayed parts, and support scenario building and replanning together with Planning.

Drive part-level forecasting – select forecasting methods, calculate demand, and continuously update reorder points to ensure supply stability.

Apply planning principles – implement ABC categorization, review lead times, and maintain safety stock strategies.

Control inventory management – monitor stock levels, analyze turnover, and manage seasonal builds aligned with risk profiles.

Optimize system performance – Leveraged and support new functionalities and process improvements.

Mould Economy & Master Data is a key player in supporting the end-to-end development and manufacturing of moulds in The LEGO Group on a global scale.

Masterdata has a twofold responsibility, focusing both on development of our SAP system and secure parts for moulds are delivered on-time in full that can support both Mould Supply & Technology and Element & Mould Engineering (MST & EME).

This role will focus 100% to secure parts for moulds with all related supply chain it requires.

We are the Masterdata interface between mould construction, and planning/manufacturing with a central role in the organization to provide the foundation for Supply Chain Planning and Mould assembly.

Data quality is our top priority. With global standards we focus on process consistency related to Master Data; all in all to keep up a high data quality as a prerequisite for stable planning processes and mould assembly.

Ultimately, Master Data governs foundational data processes that eases daily operations for all colleagues involved in planning, manufacturing, purchasing, and optimizing the moulds that will be used to produce the LEGO® bricks loved all over the world.

Do you have what it takes

  • Preferably an educational background with relation to supply chain, logistics and/or quality. Educational background is secondary to the right person and experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and E2E supply chain understanding
  • Experience with SAP, ideally within planning and/or master data. If the experience is with S/4HANA it will be an advantage as this will be implemented in the coming years
  • Experience within planning, supply chain, master data, process management, or similar
  • Knowhow from a production company is an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs especially Excel
  • A great teammate with a strong focus on collaboration
  • A problem solver focussing on supporting colleagues and developing efficient ways of working
  • A curious approach that can see beyond constraints and is not afraid to challenge our processes.
  • A global mentality enabling you to collaborate across cultures is an advantage.
  • Great communication skills, and you speak and write English fluently.

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
