Specialist Customer & SCM Excellence with English language skills.

Job Summary:

As part of the Customer & SCM Excellence Team, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to meet customer needs. Working closely with Sales and other departments, you will evaluate requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure efficient, data-driven solutions that enhance both customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Tasks:

Analyse & Evaluate Customer Requirements

  • Gather and review logistics-related requirements from customers in close cooperation with the Sales team.
  • Structure and cluster these requirements to identify common patterns and unique needs.
  • Compare customer demands with existing processes, standards, and capabilities to identify potential gaps.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of each requirement, considering operational, technical, and commercial perspectives.
  • Prepare clear recommendations on whether and how requirements can be met, including identifying where adjustments are necessary.

Coordinate Process Development & Implementation

  • Develop tailored solutions for critical processes that require changes or optimization.
  • Create an implementation plan, outlining required steps, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, IT, Planning, etc.) to ensure alignment.
  • Act as the point of contact for customers during the development and testing phases.
  • Oversee solution testing, validate outcomes, and ensure a smooth transition to go-live without disrupting ongoing operations.

Prepare & Facilitate SCM-Focused Meetings

  • Plan and prepare materials for meetings with customers and Sales teams, ensuring discussions are backed by relevant data and insights.
  • Focus on key topics such as onboarding of new customers, specific SCM requirements, or addressing performance issues.
  • Present complex information in a clear, concise, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Actively engage in discussions to identify improvement opportunities and establish next steps. %
  • Ensure meeting outcomes are documented and follow-up actions are tracked to completion.

Customer Analysis & KPI Tracking

  • Monitor customer performance through regular KPI tracking, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyse reported issues or complaints to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
  • Recommend process adjustments or optimisation measures based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure KPIs remain aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate progress and performance internally and, when relevant, to customers.

Qualifications, Requirements:

  • Business Administration education with professional experience in logistics, SCM or process/project management
  • 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields
  • Proficient English skills
  • Solid SAP knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics processes
