ADP is hiring a Project Manager. In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADP is hiring a Project Manager. In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage one or more project phases, including migration, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
- May create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets
- Manage day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization
- Ensure milestones are successfully met through the management, tracking and reporting of project vehicles and coordination of resources
- Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
- Offer guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding project implementation
- Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
- Follow pre-established guidelines throughout implementation.
- Work under limited supervision to manage project timeliness and risks
- Gather information necessary to make decisions
- Anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner
- May be a resource for other Project Managers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent in education and experience
- At least three years of work experience
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
- Ability to manage projects and processes
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
- Commitment to being accountable for results
- Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally
- Strong focus on client service
- Ability to think independently and make decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to work
