Mechanical Site Service Supervisor - Mackay Qld

Skills:

• Strong mechanical background

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for all Queensland mine sites
• Coordinate and plan shutdowns, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently
• Identify and communicate customer needs
• Attend pre-shutdown meetings on site as required
• Manage service team to ensure all work requirements are completed, including toolbox meetings, JHA, and Take 5 processes
• Develop JHA for new or high-level tasks required on sites
• Ensure adherence to WH&S practices for all staff members
• Maintain excellent customer relations

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the mining industry
• Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
