Expressions of Interest for Pump Station and Reticulation Network Maintenance in Christchurch

Introduction

Fulton Hogan are seeking expressions of interest for the Christchurch City Council Pump Station and Reticulation Network Maintenance for services across the city and Banks Peninsula. The 2 Waters contract provides maintenance services for Pump Station and Wastewater and Water Supply Reticulation Network including routine and reactive maintenance, and associated management responsibilities.

This is the first time that Christchurch City Council has brought this to market and represents an exciting opportunity for change in the industry.

Fulton Hogan has been shortlisted to tender for the 2 Waters contract, with an award date expected in February 2026. The contract start up period will be from early 2026.

We’re currently looking for field and management staff with proven experience in water maintenance and 3 Waters infrastructure that would be a strong fit to complement our local delivery team.

If you have technical expertise in drinking water and wastewater systems, and hold relevant industry qualifications or certifications, we want to hear from you.

We’Re Looking For Individuals Who:

• Have hands-on experience in water network operations, maintenance, or asset management
• Understand regulatory and safety standards in the 3 Waters sector
• Are qualified in areas such as pump station maintenance, pipeline construction, water treatment, or civil works
