What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including posting positions internally and externally, sourcing and screening candidates, and forwarding qualified candidates to hiring managers as needed.
• Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Ensure job boards are accurate and that Spooner is properly billed.
• Communicate with other departments (Accounting/RCM/Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding for new staff.
• Work with the Director of Human Resources on recruitment strategy.
• Assist employees with general Human Resources questions and requests. 
• Assist in organization of Human Resources records, employment files, and terminated employee information.
• Assist with analyzing data related to employee retention and turnover.
• Coordinate Student Networking Night.
• Complete timely reports on employment activity as requested by the Director of Human Resources.
• Promote Spooner’s vision and core values through events, awards programs, celebrations, or job fairs.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Administration.
• 2+ years office administration.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Previous experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS preferred.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate understanding and teamwork.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
