Sales Performance & Retention Manager

Y Victoria is seeking a dynamic sales leader to spearhead revenue growth and membership expansion across its Recreation portfolio—including Health & Wellness, Swimming Lessons, and Gymnastics. With over 50 locations and 5,000+ staff and volunteers, this is your chance to make a state-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and deploy high-impact sales campaigns that convert leads and boost secondary spend.
• Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, optimise pricing strategies, and unlock untapped revenue streams.
• Retention & Customer Journey: Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and maximise lifetime value.
• Team Enablement: Coach and upskill operational teams to become confident, data-driven sales performers.
• Performance Analytics: Leverage insights to refine tactics, forecast trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Role Details

• Location: Hybrid – Work from home & Box Hill State Office
• Travel: Required across Victoria
• Salary: $109,900 + super

About You

You’re a proven sales strategist with a track record of delivering results in recreation, fitness, or aquatics. You know how to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and turn data into action. You bring:

• Strong commercial acumen and sales leadership
• Expertise in CRM, data analysis, and performance tracking
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
