We’re on the hunt for a Weighbridge Operator to join our vibrant Werris Creek depot on a permanent full-time basis.

What’s the Role? As a Weighbridge Operator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. You’ll keep things rolling smoothly by:

• Monitoring compliance: Ensure adherence to the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NSW mass management regulations, including general mass limits and Higher Mass Limits (HML) for B-doubles/road trains per the 2025 NSW HML Declaration.
• Championing grain industry excellence: Follow best practices from the Australian Grain Industry Code of Practice, delivering precise weighing, quality-focused commodity sampling, and efficient vehicle throughput to support growers, traders, and exporters.
• Collaborating like a pro: Work closely with our Werris Creek team and office admin crew to keep operations seamless.

• Knowledge of CoR, NSW mass limits, and grain industry standards.

• Basic computer skills for slick data entry.
• A valid Driver’s Licence.
• Readiness to ace a pre-employment medical and ongoing random drug/alcohol tests.
