We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting IT issues, and is passionate about data analysis and security management.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as first point of contact for IT support issues (Level 1/2).
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools..
• Demonstrate expertise in administering various IT systems and software, optimising their effectiveness, including Windows OS, Active Directory, O365, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, JAMF and Exchange.
• Logging and resolving tickets, escalating when necessary.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding users, including account setup, access management, and equipment provisioning.
• Building strong relationships with end users and providing friendly, efficient service.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years’ experience in Level 1/2 IT Support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (occasional site travel will be required).
• Bonus skills:
• Exposure to multi-site or enterprise environments.
• Scripting, automation, or application packaging experience.
• IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.).
