💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Business Analyst for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Consideration of remediation requests from the cybersecurity team following the detection of anomalies on employee rights
- Anomaly analysis
- Discussion with the managers of the applications concerned to determine the correction(s) to be made
- Correction of Service Now repositories used by TOR (applications, functional profiles, rights, business profiles, etc.)
- Carry out or have the necessary corrections made by the appropriate teams
- Giving visibility on the treatment of remediation
- Participate in the annual audit of rights (reporting on Service Now)
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Have knowledge of Active Directory. Management of shared directories, notions of law
- Knowledge of the AGILE method
- Have a sense of service.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential (especially the Vlookup function)
- Be sensitive to the management of information systems security.
- Have previously used Service Now (user or functional administrator)
- Master remote work tools (Teams).
- Be autonomous in the organization and planning of one's activity.
- Fluency in French
