Intex Coatings is a commercial painting contractor based in Orlando, FL. While our core work is large-scale commercial projects, we also perform specialized services such as theme painting and protective coatings. We are seeking an experienced Theme Paint Foreman to lead our team on themed environment projects. This position is primarily night shift, though occasional daytime work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of theme painters to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and other foremen to align goals and resolve issues.
• Prep and paint themed environments, including detailed finishes, decorative effects, and color matching.
• Perform hands-on painting when necessary to support the crew and uphold quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and support painters in techniques, safety practices, and productivity.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite, including proper use of lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.
• Track materials, tools, and equipment usage to avoid delays or shortages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or foreman experience in painting, theming, or related fields.
• Strong painting skills, including decorative finishes and artistic detailing.
• Proven ability to lead crews and deliver high-quality results under tight schedules.
• Reliable and available for night shifts.
• Comfortable working at heights and with various painting equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.

Location

• Most projects are located in Orlando, though work may occasionally take place across Central Florida.
