Sr. Manager, SAP Platforms

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications, this role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and strategic direction of SAP systems within Littelfuse. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals. This role will manage a team of specialists and work closely with other teams to ensure the effective use of SAP solutions.

Experience with Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing modules is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Execute the strategic roadmap for SAP systems in alignment with Littelfuse objectives.
• Project Management: Lead and manage SAP projects, including new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and acquisition integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of SAP specialists, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth.  
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure SAP systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. Implement and maintain security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
• Performance Monitoring: With our partners, monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAP certifications) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing SAP systems.
• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP SD). Experience with SAP implementation, customization, and integration.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals. Strong project management skills with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Effective communication with all levels of the organization. Excellent presentation skills.
• Multi-task: Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
• Travel: Required less that 20%

Salary Range:

$134,500 - $215,800

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
