Your New Role
We are looking for a Group Digital Product Manager to join the company’s Digital Product team.
Your Main Responsibilities
As a Group Digital Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy for your domain, ensuring alignment across multiple squads and relevant teams and stakeholders. You will drive innovation, quality, and business impact by solving tangible customer needs while also nurturing the growth and development of your team.
Strategy & Planning
- Define the vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product domain, communicating them effectively and ensuring alignment with relevant teams and stakeholders across the Mango organization.
- Identify unmet customer needs and significant opportunities for transformation, optimization, and innovation within your domain, collaborating with departments across Mango.
- Help define, align, and prioritize opportunities, roadmaps, and KPIs for multiple squads, delivering coherent, achievable, and measurable impact.
- Drive and validate innovative concepts and cutting-edge digital visions that position Mango as an industry leader.
- Shape realistic delivery plans, anticipating risks, mitigation plans, and key dependencies while creating alignment across all relevant teams.
Execution & Delivery
- Ensure smooth and successful delivery alongside design and engineering, maintaining digital product quality and achieving objectives across your domain.
- Guide delivery plans for multiple squads, managing dependencies and phased delivery.
- Communicate delivery plans to relevant teams and stakeholders, resolving major dependencies.
- Identify areas for improvement to elevate quality standards, taking responsibility for releases and achievement of objectives.
Data & Kpis
- Identify analyses, questions, and quantitative/qualitative data needed to uncover actionable insights.
- Understand key online business metrics and their impact on Mango, applying this knowledge to improve results.
- Prioritize critical KPIs, aligning domain and squad initiatives accordingly.
- Support all Product Owners / Digital Product Managers within your domain with data analysis, insights, and action planning.
Team & Stakeholders
- Act as a mentor and coach to support team development, identifying knowledge gaps and fostering professional growth.
- Manage recruitment processes and performance reviews for direct reports.
- Manage stakeholders and expectations, acting as a point of reference for escalations and cross-domain alignment.
- Promote a strong digital product culture, fostering curiosity, autonomy, empowerment, and alignment within the teams.
About You
- Proven experience as a Group Digital Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or similar senior product leadership role, managing other Product Managers, preferably in large-scale eCommerce or digital product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy, vision, and OKRs for a complex digital product domain.
- Strong experience managing multiple product managers / product owners and large domains with multiple squads.
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, from ideation and discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and KPI management. Desirable: ability to query databases and use analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, strategic thinker passionate about innovation and staying ahead of digital trends.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); mid-level Spanish knowledge required (lessons provided if needed).
- Desirable: experience in both scale-ups and global multinational environments.
