The Mobile Power Solutions portfolio encompasses cutting-edge solar panels for efficient power generation, advanced inverters and chargers for seamless power conversion, and a diverse range of lithium batteries for reliable energy storage.

Our Pescara site is a key innovation and manufacturing hub for Mobile Power Solutions, and we are now looking for our next people leader: a passionate Product Development Manager to join our team.

About The Position

As Product Development Manager, you will be the people leader driving innovation in Pescara - guiding and empowering a cross-functional team with the clarity and structure they need to excel. By combining leadership with technical understanding, you will enable the team to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-performing products, turning the product roadmap into market-ready solutions. At our Pescara site, you’ll make a local impact while gaining international visibility across Dometic’s global network.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that development teams deliver products that are safe, reliable, and meet required quality and performance standards
• Lead continuous improvement of development processes to increase efficiency, quality, and speed in bringing new products to market
• Build and manage partnerships with external consultants to secure temporary expertise and resources when needed
• Delegate effectively, ensuring clear ownership and alignment of competencies within the team

A suitable background would include a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Development, R&D, or a related managerial function, as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

• University degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical or related field)
• Good knowledge of embedded systems, power electronics, and battery technologies
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and solve design challenges across the product lifecycle
• Experience working effectively in an international matrix environment
