The Mobile Power Solutions portfolio encompasses cutting-edge solar panels for efficient power generation, advanced inverters and chargers for seamless power conversion, and a diverse range of lithium batteries for reliable energy storage.

Our Pescara site is a key innovation and manufacturing hub for Mobile Power Solutions, and we are now looking for our next teammate: a passionate Product Manager to join our team.

About The Position

As Regional Product Manager in the Mobile Power Solutions team, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of the product portfolio in EMEA. Your core responsibility is to develop and deliver a relevant, innovative, and profitable portfolio that positions Dometic as a leading supplier of Mobile Power Solutions. By combining market insights, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure sustainable growth, increased competitiveness, and long-term business success.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to gain deep market knowledge and identify growth opportunities across the region
• Analyse market trends, target customer needs, and competitor insights to shape actionable portfolio strategies
• Define and propose the product roadmap — setting priorities, identifying gaps, and defining success factors to ensure sustainable growth and innovation
• Drive market intelligence activities — from competitor analysis to trade fairs and industry networking — to capture insights that drive portfolio decisions and successful product launches

A suitable background includes at least 5 years of professional experience in Product Management or a related function, as well as the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or equivalent professional experience
• Technical know-how to translate market insights into impactful product development, with familiarity in tools such as inRiver and Antura
• Experience working effectively in a global matrix organisation, aligning stakeholders across functions and markets
• Flexibility to travel across the region and collaborate in an international environment

• Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies that drive product growth and innovation
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage and align stakeholders across markets
• Knowledge of mobile power systems, outdoor markets, and pricing strategies, with the ability to turn insights into customer-focused decisions that strengthen competitivenes
• Fluency in Italian and English; German is considered a plus
