We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Residential Aged Care in Coffs Harbour. This full-time position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for our elderly residents through tailored physiotherapy interventions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and rehabilitation services, ensuring the physical well-being of our residents in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding rehabilitation and mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' treatment and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of aged care and rehabilitation principles.
