The Role

As the Account Manager - HORECA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of our premium product range within the Foodservice sector. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for our brands, building strong relationships with key accounts, and enhancing our brand’s presence in the HORECA trade. You will work closely with the distributor network across foodservice and liquor by driving engagement with their sales teams, including product demonstrations with the assistance of our ambassador team. You will also be working closely with key end user accounts to tailor new beverage and food solutions through innovation sessions, supported by our ambassador team.

Your work will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and deepen our footprint within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase product sales and market share across Foodservice operators, focusing on achieving quarterly sales targets and aligning with key business priorities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the café, hotel, restaurant, bar, catering, and club channels. Be the trusted advisor who understands their needs and delivers exceptional service and value.
  • New Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new account opportunities to expand our client base, increase product range, and improve distribution within the Foodservice and HORECA sectors.
  • Collaboration & Team Support: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on business objectives, sharing insights to refine strategies and meet goals effectively.
  • Market Insights & Analysis: Stay attuned to industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights that support product positioning and strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring the ability to engage clients, build trust, and drive sales growth while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.
