岗位描述：

财务专员主要负责礼来苏州工厂及礼来贸易有限公司的财务相关工作, 公司银行相关证照更新，外汇付款业务，出口收汇业务, 外债申请跟踪, 现金流预测等。

主要职能：

• 国外收付款业务

Foreign currency disbursement and collection

• 负责银行承兑汇票管理

Responsible for bank acceptance management

• 负责银行账户管理

Responsible for bank account management

• 负责外债备案登记、归还、付息管理

Responsible for foreign loan register/pay back/ interest paid management

• 负责注册资本入账登记

Responsible for Paid-in Capital register

• 负责准备月度资金管理并协助准备年度资金计划

Responsible for monthly cash management and assist to prepare for yearly financing plan

• 及时完成月度和年度与银行相关结账工作

Timely complete monthly and yearly finance closing related to bank

• 协助公司内部和外部的财务审计工作

Support internal and external finance audit

• 银行相关证照及时更新

Bank related company licenses update timely

• SOX 内控监督

SOX control activity self-assessment

• 部门培训协调员

Department Training Coordinator

• 其他协助工作

Support other Ad-hoc work

• *遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.

基本要求：

• 财会专业本科学历

University graduate in Finance or Accounting

• 熟练使用SAP系统

Be skilled in using SAP system

• 熟练掌握excel等相关office软件的使用

Skillful in using excel and related office software

• 良好的人际交流能力

Good People Skill

• 具备较好的团队精神

Strong Teamwork Spirit

• 具备较强的沟通和协作技能

Strong communication and partnering skills

• 熟练的中文和英语沟通技能

Chinese/ English business fluency

• 主动发现参与到HSE活动中的机会

Proactively find opportunities to be involved in HSE initiatives among the team or in site HSE

具有Sap经验者优先

  SAP experience is a plus.

要求：

• 财会专业本科学历, 财务基础扎实，强大的合规意识，了解SOX优先

University graduate in Finance or Accounting, with a solid foundation in financial principles. Strong compliance mindset. Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) is preferred.

• 逻辑思路清晰， 善于总结、提炼有用信息

Clear and logical thinker, with the ability to effectively summarize and extract valuable information.

• 对于业务保持好奇心，愿意主动了解非本专业领域但与自身工作相关的技术问题；对疑难问题有主动探索的自驱力并善于制定方法推进执行

Maintains a strong curiosity about business operations and proactively seeks to understand technical issues outside of their core expertise that are relevant to their work; demonstrates self-driven initiative in exploring complex problems and excels at developing methods to drive execution.

• 熟练使用SAP系统, 熟练掌握excel等相关office软件的使用.了解并有意愿学习使用自动化、智能化工具，如Power BI，Power Automate等
