• Available to work a Sunday – Thursday roster
• LF Forklift licence is a strong advantage (but not essential)

The Role

As an Assistant Sales Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering day-to-day operational excellence while supporting a strong sales culture. You will:

• Work closely with the Store Manager to meet sales and performance targets
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock presentation, and in-store standards
• Help manage rosters, inventory, and daily store operations
• Support and mentor team members to exceed sales targets and improve service
• Lead from the front with exceptional customer service and a solutions-first mindset
• Foster a fun, motivated, and safe team environment
