Finance and Accounting Manager (Project focused)

We’re seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to be the voice of finance across our business systems and process improvements. Working closely with both Finance and Business Systems teams – and reporting directly to the CFO – you’ll ensure that any system or process changes support accurate, efficient and compliance finance operations.

About The Role

In this pivotal leadership role, you will:

•  Represent finance across projects, ensuring systems and processes work seamlessly
•  Maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable financial reporting
• Collaborate with business, accounting, and treasury teams to ensure smooth data flow
• Drive improvements in how we capture, report, and manage financial information
• Leverage technology, automation and AI to create efficiencies and improve the customer experience. 

About You

We’Re Looking For Someone Who:

• Must have experience in Financial Services or a closely related industry
• Tertiary qualified in Accounting or Finance, ideally a CA or CPA
• Has experience leading finance teams or managing project teams
• Understands finance operations, accounting processes, and financial reporting
• Has exposure to business systems, with a clear view of how they link to finance
• Is passionate about continuous improvement, technology, and automation
• Excels at driving process improvements and advocating for finance in cross-functional projects
• Communicates confidently and collaborates effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Is solutions-focused, curious and eager to make a tangible impact
