Location: This is a hybrid position based at our East Hanover, NJ HQ office with in-office expectations of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities & Outcomes:

Drive Candy Portfolio management

  • Lead and deliver cross-brand portfolio growth initiatives such as Price Pack Architecture, renovation, profitability initiatives
  • Deliver plans and programs on commercial planning timelines, underpinned by robust insights
  • Leverage data to monitor business performance and uncover actionable insights to propel growth
  • Manage candy portfolio A&C total budget, liaising with team members to roll-up and oversee spend, ensuring delivery to targets
  • Additional portfolio projects as required

Lead omnichannel marketing program execution for Candy

  • Lead as single point of contact between Marketing and Omnichannel/Shopper Marketing teams to drive best in class translation and execution of brand campaigns at point of purchase
  • Liaise with Omnichannel team regarding priorities, budgets, briefings to shopper marketing teams
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to monitor program execution, measurement, and performance; leverage learnings to optimize execution and future programs

Drive digital commerce Growth Strategy

  • Drive and deliver Candy growth strategy to gain volume and share on digital commerce
  • Partner with Digital Commerce team on priorities, activation calendar, investment levels, etc. across customers, brands, tactics to deliver share growth on Candy
  • Identify innovation and PPA opportunities for digital commerce channels, grounded in consumer and shopper insights
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation and PPA projects on customer-centric timelines, ensuring all assets
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, analyzing data to optimize brand performance

More about this role

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

Job Specific Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, working with large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM+)
  • Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
  • Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts (partnership, joint business value creation, etc)
  • Proven Brand Management experience with demonstrated results
  • Travel requirements: Approx. 3-4 business trips per year

Work schedule: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in East Hanover, NJ with in-office expectations of 3 days per week.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
